Child and Adolescent Health Service – Mental Health service (CAMHS) provides mental health programs to infants, children and young people up to the age of 17. This includes services in the community and in a hospital setting. Children and families are referred to these services by there treating therapist, GP, specialist or other community organisation. Information and advice about accessing a child adolescent Mental Health Service is available by contacting local CAMHS community clinics.
