Do you think your contact is at risk of imminent self-harm?

If you are under 18 years you may want to ask an adult, or your Crew, for help if you feel uncomfortable supporting someone having a tough time.

If you are worried about a drug overdose or someone has had too much alcohol

If you think you are in immediate danger call ‘000’ or Kids Helpline 1800 551 800.

If you don’t know what to do contact your Crew, your GP, your family or Kids Helpline 1800 551 800. See professional and urgent help.

Ask your Crew to make an appointment at your GP or call someone on our Professional and Urgent Help list of services
Write in your Private Journal (button on your dashboard) - write & add photos - you can share with your Crew if you want .. but you don't have to.
Create a Safety Plan (button on your dashboard) - this is great for identifying triggers and things that helped in the past. You can add live contact numbers and share with your psych, parents or trusted people.
