YourCrew Terms & Conditions - Our Experiences
YourCrew Terms & Conditions – Our Experiences
Revised: May 2025
It is a brave and powerful act to share your personal experiences and offer insight to others. We hope the Our Experiences page offers meaning, inspiration, and a sense of belonging within the YourCrew community. But first, some important guidelines.
We know nobody loves rules—but because YourCrew works with young people, some of whom may be vulnerable, we take safety and trust seriously. YourCrew is a safe space, and the Our Experiences section is part of that. We ask everyone to treat each other with respect, kindness, and compassion.
The purpose of Our Experiences
The Our Experiences section is a place to share your lived experience and reflect on what helped you, and to read others’ stories and perspectives. Every post is reviewed by our moderation team before being published to ensure it meets our community guidelines. This process is not real-time and not monitored 24/7.
Important: If you are in distress or need immediate help, this is not the place to ask for it. YourCrew is not a crisis or counselling service. For urgent support, please contact Kids Helpline, Lifeline, or call 000.

Final points
- These terms may change from time to time. The latest version is always available in the ‘About’ section of the YourCrew app or on our website at www.yourcrew.org.au.
- YourCrew is about sharing support — not just stories. Please post with care, kindness, and responsibility.
