Life is full of good things, but sometimes bad things happen too.
You deserve support through this and any time you feel low.
Reach out to your Crew or, if you can, to your parents.
Sometimes sharing worries is enough, but if you still feel bad, ask them to make an appointment with your GP, or if needed, ask them to take you to the nearest Emergency Room or call any of the Crisis numbers in your State (see A-Z professional help)
