To begin with, we recommend you reach out to your Crew; they have taken an oath to be there for you and want to help in any way they can.
You can ask them to help make an appointment to speak with your GP or help you speak with your parents.
At the same time, some fantastic professional services specialise in certain behaviours and persistent feelings that your Crew or parents can take you to, or you can call them, depending on your particular circumstances. We have listed a few quick links to A-Z topics below.
