  • Ask your Crew to make an appointment at your GP or call someone on our Professional and Urgent Help list of services
  • Write in your Private Journal (button on your dashboard) - write & add photos - you can share with your Crew if you want .. but you don't have to.
  • Create a Safety Plan (button on your dashboard) - this is great for identifying triggers and things that helped in the past. You can add live contact numbers and share with your psych, parents or trusted people.
