• To begin with, we recommend you reach out to your Crew, they have taken an oath to be there for you and want to help in any way they can.
• You can ask them to help make an appointment for you to speak with your GP.
• At the same time, there are also some fantastic professional services that specialise in certain behaviours and persistent feelings that your Crew or parents can take you to, or you can call them, depending on your particular circumstances.
