Kylea Tink
Kylea is a passionate believer that profit, purpose, and positive social outcomes must co-exist for any society to thrive. She has built and run successful businesses and teams as a CEO, Senior Executive and Board member, including running the McGrath Foundation from conception to the sustainable For Purpose business model it is today. In addition, Kylea has played a key role in establishing, expanding and providing direction and counsel for several Not for Profits, such as Miracle Babies, Feel the Magic, the Mary Mackillop Foundation, the Gidget Foundation and St John Ambulance. Her most recent role was CEO of Camp Quality.
Kylea's early work within the NSW Dept of Health, through to her time as a Senior Executive within the global structure of communications giant Edelman, shaped her desire to combine commercial acumen with a social goal to bring about a positive social impact. Kylea has worked across and within the Commercial, Government, and Not-for-Profit sectors, to lead strategic planning and drive sustainable, positive changes within organisations and across communities.
Kylea has a proven track record for building and inspiring high performing teams. Kylea's ultimate motivation is simple: "To do the work that needs to be done, with the people who are prepared to do it, to make the impact that is required to leave the world a better place."
