Try choosing :
• An Aunt or Uncle
• A cousin
• A neighbour
• A coach
• A family friend
• A peer you believe is responsible and will always have your back
The idea behind YourCrew is to set up a group of people who can support you through thick and thin and give you good sound advice.
While friends can be that person, make sure they are old enough or strong enough to seek help should you, or they, need it.
You can invite parents into your Crew, but we encourage you to think further afield and set up a Crew that is separate to parents so that you can get different opinions or, if needed, your Crew can help you talk to your parents.
We recommend a diverse Crew made up of a variety of people who provide good quality help for different situations. Sometimes it takes a little while to get the right Crew together. Start with a couple of people and build from there. We encourage you to do a regular 'Crew audit' and remove Crew if they do not help you or do not make you feel supported.
Your Crew your choice.
We help you remove Crew by providing editable written templates, so you don't feel bad about removing anyone.
CrewBank is coming soon.
